Sample Requirements

Enrichment Input (Phospho / Glyco):

  • Cell Pellets: ≥1×107 cells (treated/stimulated)

  • Tissue Input:100 mg (snap-frozen immediately upon harvest)

  • Extracted Protein: ≥500μg to 1mg total protein (Phospho-enrichment requires higher starting input)

Sample Preparation & Inhibitors:

  • Phosphatase/Protease Inhibitors: Samples must be harvested in the presence of strong phosphatase/protease inhibitor cocktails.

  • Purity: Strictly free from detergent and nucleic acid contamination.

Technical Standards
